was only $230 an hour with instructor....

That sounds like an individually directed, personal thing!    Do you refuse
to accept directions or something?   Have you whizzed off your instructor's
spouse?  Run over their cat?

If you have to keep paying that sort of money for a 150 you'd be better off
buying your own!

Did you shop around or is 250 an hour typical in Australia these days?

There was a thread a while ago about charging, at the moment I'm paying
$250 an hour for a 150.   That's dual, they won't let me go solo again
for a while.    The main charge is something called a "learning
disability surcharge" has anybody heard of this?
