I've been watching balloons fly over my house most mornings for a while and now I'd like to have a ride on one of them. So does anyone know which company flies the balloons with the "Remax" signs on them presumably launching from Parramatta Park (Sydney) and flying south

Interesting stats at the end of Battle of Britain: Australian pilots: 21 Killed: 14 Must be one of the higher ratios of any of the participating nations. I'm surprised there was only 21 Aussies in it though.

My friend was supposed to travel with me to Singapore in April. Now he can't make it and has one of those tickets that is non-refundable. Given that, can I show up with his ticket and ask for the seat next to me to be left vacant? Also can I bring double the allowable luggage? ...

My wife suffers from sore ears during flight and we are facing two commercial flights in one afternoon which she is not looking forward to. Does anyone have any good tips to avoid the pain? Thanks in advance.

BP have released a new fuel which is basically unleaded with the volatile hydrocarbons removed. They mentioned in the news bulletins that its much like Avgas. For those with Mogas STC's who would prefer to use an unleaded fuel,

Just looking at a dream craft (Lancair Legacy... mmmmm) the blurb says that a "both" setting on the fuel selector is not recommended for a low wing plane. I've only flown 152s in my early stages of flying and as you know we only have an "off" or "on" setting. Can anyone explain ...
