Hong Kong to London B330/L888 Route?31 May 2006 12:08 GMT2
When Qantas flies west from Hong Kong to London, does it generally fly
the B330/L888 route?
If so, then does it connect by flying the JTG to Sanli waypoint?
Or does it fly Ombon to Revki?

B747 near CBR31 May 2006 01:53 GMT2
In the last 10 days or so, there has been a QANTAS 747 making a (daily?)
west to east track maybe 60-80km south of Canberra. It is low enough
that I can make out the red tail - maybe FL150??, and I can hear it.
What has changed? This is quite unusual for here.

St Martenns Airport29 May 2006 14:22 GMT9
seeing some great pics of this beach with 747's literally 10 metres overhead
on landing, I wanted to ask, does this pose a danger of jet wash to people
on the beach below, not to mention the ear bursting sound.
This must be a plane spotters paradise.

The 7:30 report tonight Monday had something about the burial at Cowra of
Japanese from a plane crash near Darwin in WW2. Maybe I misheard it but it
said there were 32 crew in a Japanese light bomber? Anyone else see the
story?
