Is the recreational pursuit of 'plane spotting still active around
airports in Oz? I ask this after reading an article in today's Age
newspaper regarding the use of Victoria Police and other state police as
sworn in federal officers to police our airports.

they electronically controlled these days?

it fall out of practice
and could it be used to boost power output of say land based power
