I'm wondering if a Glass display like Dynon's (or others), with all the hook-ups,would draw more or less Amps then say, individually mounted analog (electric) gauges? We are talking instrument for instrument here, for example a standard

Fred Thirty-two gave me a call this past weekend. Could I help him plot an airfoil? Sure, I sez, and commence doing so. After a minute or so I realize there is a pregnant pause bulging out of the telephone. "Hello?"

| Thread chaser for oil screen housing? | 29 Sep 2006 12:06 GMT | 6 |
Looks like my threads are hosed up where the oil screen screws in on the back case of my (Continental) A-65. Heard it mentioned on a Swift bulletin board that there is such a thing as a thread chaser to (I assume) re-work the threads a bit and/or to clean them out to prevent

I have a few sets of headset with bad cables. Replacing the cable is usually such a high percentage of the value, that I tend to just buy a new cheap headset. I have enough laying around, that I would like to just do my own cables.

Could someone clarify something for me concerning LSA's. The websites that have the detailed LSA aircraft limitations listed say that the plane must have a maximum stalling speed of 51 mph at the maximum gross takeoff weight WITHOUT the use of high lift devices.

| Fiberglass seperation | 25 Sep 2006 04:03 GMT | 7 |
Ok, I've made a few pieces to try out using 1/4" foam and fiberglass on both sides. When I cut the pieces to shape with my band saw, small strips (1/4" or so) seem to want to seperate. Is this common or did I mix the epoxy wrong? The big parts are staying together, the fiberglass
