Hello, I just found your group and thought I would give this a shot. I'm looking to start earning my private pilot's certificate and was wondering if anyone here could recommend a flight instructor in or near the Lincoln Nebraska area? Thanks in advance.

| And now for something completely different... | 27 Oct 2007 03:04 GMT | 7 |
This past Saturday I was introduced to nosewheel shimmy on a touch and go and that was not fun in the least. The amount of stuff I don't know about flying is almost overwhelming. That's something you definitely won't see in Flight Simulator.

| Breezy glide approach | 22 Oct 2007 11:03 GMT | 5 |
Well it looked like I would not fly but it turned out that the wind was aligned with the seal so I would benefit from 'more challenging conditions'. I'm doing my last few hours (I hope) up to my flight test. So there we are, wind up to 45k at 2000', 25k at surface with
