Spread the word , after 7pm this Tuesday all wars will end as no     woman will ever marry a  christian soldier ever again26 Jun 2008 19:47 GMT1
Spread the word urgently, repost this to all your friends
and enemies too , no soldier will ever look the same again  once you
hear what they are really like and the way they can lie for 40 years,
you will never ever believe them after listening to the lies they used

Question on saving a botched landing19 Jun 2008 19:51 GMT17
Doing touch-and-gos last weekend I flared on landing and ballooned
more than I expected.  I realized that I didn't have the throttle 100%
out and was consequently carrying more power than I would have
normally been.  Like a doofus, I went ahead and pulled power out all
Q concerning  horsepower14 Jun 2008 04:44 GMT2

power  for 100 horsepower  with  a very  big engine size
now if  you take    a honda pan european   st 1100 this  engine  is little

How does TCAS get range and bearing?12 Jun 2008 20:57 GMT8
I have never been able to find out how TCAS works and I've asked several
people.  Today I tried Wikipedia and a couple of other websites, they were
no help on the subject.
It's my belief that TCAS is not a radar system.

What advantages?09 Jun 2008 19:12 GMT9
I'm sure this has been hashed over more than a few times, but I'm new to
this n-g, I haven't seen or heard it discussed anywhere, and I am
considering going flying again (after 50 years on feet and wheels), and my
question is:
Pointing into the wind for a run up?07 Jun 2008 17:03 GMT31
I had about 4 instructors tell me to point into the wind during the run up
to keep maximum airflow over the engine's cooling fins.
Suddenly this make no sense to me.
In calm air, run an engine up to 1700 RPM and measure the airflow behind
AVIATION FIRST DID YOU KNOW THAT?07 Jun 2008 01:26 GMT12

DID YOU KNOW THAT?
White Caucasian Men invented flight?

Pre-ignition vs. Detonation06 Jun 2008 07:43 GMT8
I was wondering the easiest and most simple way to explain the
difference between the two.  I have read the PTS review on each
subject and asked a couple of mechanics it still looks like they are
almost the same thing.
Headset question05 Jun 2008 16:10 GMT9
I know there have been discussions before, but nothing turned up right
away in my searches.  Can someone explain the differences between
Sigtronics S-20, S-40, and S-45.  It looks like to me the performance
specs are roughly equal on them all.
Finally did it!04 Jun 2008 21:50 GMT12
Just thought I'd post to say I passed my Skills Test yesterday! Just got to
get all the paperwork sent to the CAA so I can get my license back, and
start thinking about who my first victim (sorry, passenger) is going to be!
Thanks to all for the good advice I've received here over ...

Flight Simulators for Pilot Training04 Jun 2008 13:24 GMT18
This is a good review comparing FSX with Xplane9.
http://jaguarusf.blogspot.com/2008/05/x-plane-9-review.html
Xplane9 maybe good for experienced pilots and designers but FSX is
better for beginning pilots or novices.
