A friend of mine in Minnesota is determined to buy a helicopter and is ready

would consider others.  Email me if you know of something ...

I just found the following rotorcraft chat group that does delve into some

excellent source of information.  It is /www.eng-tips.com  and look for
rotorcraft engineering.
New, free online Magazine20 Jan 2004 19:37 GMT1
I started an online helicopter online magazine project called Helicopter
Monthly.  Based on the topics on the newsgroup you may be interested in the
writing and the topics.  It's free (no catches or popups) so I'm not
schilling for money.  Anyway, take a look and give me some ...

Seems this area hasn't been touched in awhile and the group is getting
stale. Well, let me stir the pot and see who is still aboard.

helicopter, in particular on REAL build times for the 331 and 496??. I
have been told that the Rotorway is approximately 800-1000 hours, and
that the ultrasport is far quicker at about 300 hours. I am from the

Is this chopper about to crash?12 Jan 2004 07:56 GMT15
It would appear that the majority in aus.aviation seem to think this shot
