Did my Class 1 medical at Gatwick yesterday. All looks good. Not confirmed of course until the specialist has seen the x-ray and heart trace that they do as a matter of course, but nothing scary showed up so I should be fine.. now all I've got to do is find the balls to sell up ...

Day after my night X-country I had an opportunity to do some more dual in preparation for my check ride. Still having some problems with autos so Q and I planned to fly nothing but autos after a couple normal approaches to get me warmed up.

What is the % of power a tail rotor at max pedal input takes . Does a Hughes 269 require the same tailrotor % of power to the 180 hp that a UH-1 of it's 1400hp?
