Just got my Baby Belle out of its condition inspection, and had a couple of
hours on it doing tracking and balancing and general hover practice when the
local airfield had a special on fuel:  Normally $4.60/ gal was $3.60 for the
day.  I lit her off and half way there the MR chip ...

Nick has been offered, and has accepted the position of Senior VP for
Engineering and XWorx confirmed by those working at Bell's XWorx plant!!!
There has been 'discussion' between the parties on this for some time, but
apparently it has finally been approved and accepted!

Someone posted a note on rec.aviation.piloting asking about rotor IFR
minimums to which I responded. How many here are rotor IFR rated? I
got my rating back in the 80's and the CFII/R in 1990?

Hey Ol Shy & Bashful  are your rotary wing interests pretty much restricted
to the pilotage aspects?  Are you interested in the aerodynamics and
maintenance details?

Ever had an actual one? This board is so freakin dead and boring I
left months ago. This is another attempt to revive it.

I've had several actual in flight emergencies in helicopters worldwide

what do you guys think of that outfit ?
are they a school that's worthy of consideration ?
they run tv ads ! never seen a flight school
EVER run tv ads !
