Air Expo 2006 - Cannon AFB - Clovis/Portales, NM31 May 2006 16:08 GMT7
Tomorrow, May 27, I will be at Cannon AFB in the Clovis/Portales Area.
The Thunderbirds will be flying their red, white, & blue lawn darts. A

P-40, a B-25, a jet powered truck, and a jet powered GLIDER. My old
Bigger Battery holders from glider manufacturers31 May 2006 07:53 GMT6
This group sees as a recurring post people looking to get more
electrical power.
To go from a 7ah standard gel cell to the same battery with 12 amp hours
would be a 70% increase in power, but the key will be manufacturers who

SSA-OLC Update30 May 2006 22:02 GMT8
Lots of great stuff happening on the OLC, including the SSA-OLC in the
US. We have had over 600,000 km claimed so far, and the soaring season
is just beginning in most of the US! Sixteen pilots have already posted
flights over 1000km.

Microsoft I.E. 7.0 and OLC30 May 2006 16:24 GMT1
I just installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and
now, I can't get to the flight 'info' window on the

as the screen reads:  Hold down the control key when
Attention Cambridge GPS-NAV, OLC and SeeYou users--v3.5 is now current30 May 2006 03:06 GMT3
SeeYou V3.5 has been released with the Cambridge GPS-NAV Model 10/20/25
fix for OLC claims. If you use the GPS-NAV for OLC claims with SeeYou,
you need to download this new release. SeeYou v2.82 through v3.4 used a
windows DLL to convert the CAI file, and this was not completely
MOA's29 May 2006 06:01 GMT28
It may be of interest to some to watch the happenings of what is going on
wrt Luke AFB in Arizona and their impression of our holding a contest here
for 6 days that will involve traversing some MOA's.  It seems that their
commander pretty much feels that we really don't belong ...
Darth Vador removed........# 711 Reporting28 May 2006 01:35 GMT7
Well, since I know Dale Kramer, I had been wondering how he was shown
as winning the Sports Class Nationals. See, he's from Canada, so, if
you now check again, the 2006 Sports Class Nationals, you will see who
the new winner is, and congrats to the top 10.
