I am thinking of going up to Airsailing this weekend for some XC paractice. Does anyone have any info on the impact the fires are having in the area? Visibility, TFRs? (extra thermals???) Friday looks windy, but the weekend looks OK according to NOAA

The Horizontal Stab. is held in position by a captive bolt that is prevented from backing out by a spring steel wire that slides through a slot in that bolt. Mine just broke. Does anyone have experiance with that little wire and it's replacement?
