I've seen some excellent lists on this forum for the pilot, glider, and landout/emergency kit. I'm wondering if anyone has developed a list for the tools, parts & materials to always have in the tow vehicle. I need to assemble a single toolbox that I can transfer

| L/D @ SPEED | 29 Jan 2009 23:02 GMT | 8 |

| On-board Video Equipment? | 29 Jan 2009 12:02 GMT | 19 |
I'm hoping to take some on-board video of my first Regional competition in April - but all I have right now is a hand-held camcorder. OBVIOUSLY that is not a safe device to use when doing any serious flying; especially not in a contest environment!

| TO RULES COMMETTEE PLEASE READ – Nationals no ball ast day | 28 Jan 2009 18:10 GMT | 4 |
Nationals can now declare a “No ballast” day without all pilots agreeing. A motor glider or a heavy glider will have a considerable advantage especially on a good day if this rule is not modified.

No updated calendar for 2009 and it's almost the end of January. I emailed the site via the contact link but no reply. A pity, because it really brightened my day. Does anyone know of any good alternatives? smith
