schedule, with practice day being the first Wednesday after Mothers

Hi my name is Graeme Cooper, 10 years ago I was in the front seat
of the ASK21 glider that was destroyed by lightning in 1999, the
flight
was a birthday present to celebrate my 30th.

I have a 1983 Komet Standard glass top trailer. The gas strut(s) just went
kaput!
Anyone out there know the specifications? I'd be very appreciative of the
info.

In going over some very old (15 years) RAS threads on gear collapse
problems, I found a reference to a service bulletin that mandates
replacing the gas spring with an aluminum bar. JJ also mentioned
doing the same. Alas, the 15 year old link is inoperative. On the DG
