I'm planning a trip to the US and hope to do some flying - most travel
insurers will not cover anything as 'hazardous' as general aviation.  Anyone

Routes28 Apr 2004 08:06 GMT2
A simple question (hopefully) from a PPL. Do Commercial pilots flying

Optical illusion21 Apr 2004 10:34 GMT11
The otherday I was casually flying along at FL340 or something, trailing a
long contrail and flying above a layer.  I looked out of the window and saw
two things...(1) the shadow of my contrail, and (2) a bright spot which
indicted where I was.
